Health and Family Welfare Department, Sachivalaya, Gandhinagar, Dated the 111

No.GP-19-MKM-102009-16-CHH:- In exercise of the powers conferred by

the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution of India, the Governor of Gujarat

hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Lecturer (Senior Scale)

[Reader (Ayurved) ], Class I, in the Government Ayurvedic Colleges, m

Gujarat Ayurved Service, Recruitment Rules, 2016, namely:-

1. These rules may be called the Lecturer (Senior Scale) [Reader

(Ayurved)], Class I, in the Government Ayurvedic Colleges, m

Gujarat Ayurved Service, Recruitment (Amendment) Rules. 2017.

2. In the the Lecturer (Senior Scale) [Reader (Ayurved)], Class I, in the

Government Ayurvedic Colleges, in Gujarat Ayurved Service,

Recruitment Rules, 2016 (hereinafter referred to as "the said rules"),

for the existing "Annexure I", the following "Annexure I" shall be

substituted. namely:-

In the said rules, in the Annexure 11,-

(i) for the entries at Sr. o.5 and 8 the following shall be substituted

respectively, namely:-

"5 Kriya Sharir Ayurveda Sarnhita evam Siddhant or Kayachikitsa

8 Balroga Prasuti evam Striroga or Kayachikitsa"

(ii) after entry at Sr.No. 10, the following entry shall be added, namely:-

"11 Prasuti evam Strirog Shalya Tantra".
