Accounting Specifics• Revenue distributions happened twice a year.• Distributed balance must be >$1000.• Purchases should be >$1000 (excluding Apps) or Free• There is no accounting for expenses:
• OTC expects that all items sold via the Express Licensing site are downloadable and thus have no specific costs to deliver the product.
• OTC expects that there are future expenses associated with these projects, such as Bug Fixes. Thus, the 85/15 split is offered.
• Revenue is directly deposited into the CF2 account from the OTC.
• Revenue can be spent at the department/lab’s descretion
