FINAL EXAM

FACEBOOK

I like Facebook because:

It helps you to reach out to your friends and family

who may be far away.

I can post pictures and videos of myself and family

to my Facebook to let my friends know what is

happening in my life.

Facebook lets me know what is happening in my

friends lives and helps me stay connected.

TWITTER

I like Twitter because:

I can instantly send tweets to all my followers

anytime I want to and they can receive them right

then.

I can follow as many people as I want and receive

their tweets.

It’s different than any other social networking site,

seeing that you can receive tweets almost instantly,

and it brought about the hashtag era!

MICROSOFT ONEDRIVE

I love OneDrive because:

I love saving to the cloud because I have always had trouble with the flash drive. I always seem to

misplace it.

With OneDrive, I have all my documents in one place and they will never go missing. I never

thought saving to the cloud could be this easy. I love it especially because I don’t have to deal with

keeping up a flash drive anymore.

I will never save my work to the computer or a flash drive ever again. I can access my work from

anywhere from my Microsoft account and I have enough free storage, as of right now.

WEB 2.0

I like Web 2.0 because it:

Provides interactive applications such as,

Facebook, Twitter, and Yahoo, which I have

accounts with.

Provides me with collaboration. When I visit

different sites, they recommend you provide your

input to their page, like posting a review.

Sites always want you to create an account, such

as creating an account with YouTube.

GOOGLE ACCOUNT

I like Google because:

With my google account, I have access to many things including Google mail, which I use often. I like Google

mail because it organizes mail differently than other mail providers. It has your primary tab, your social tab and your promotions tab. You can sort your mail in those

specific tabs.

With a Google account, you have access to many apps such as your google drive and blogger apps. I have taken advantage of these apps this semester and

throughout my college experience.

Then there’s Google Plus, where you can connect with many people and further create your profile. This has

been helpful with classmates.

ALLTOP

AllTop was my least favorite because:

I feel like would not ever use it after this class.

I do not like to read stories online, I would rather

read them on paper, like in a magazine or

newspaper.

I feel like I don’t have the time to look through the

articles, especially when I start working.

BLOGGER

Blogger was my least favorite because:

Although I like to write, I feel that I would not use

this after this class.

It was complicated learning how to set up the blog.

It was hard coming up with something to talk about.

WIKIS

Wikis are my least favorite because:

Again, I feel like I would not use them after this

class.

I find it hard to find a topic to write about.

I’m not a big writer nor do I care to share my

thoughts that much with others.

THE DARK WEB

The Dark Web is my least favorite technology because:

I think it is very wrong for criminals to be able to surf the

web. Terrorists and criminals could be using the dark

web to plot a terrorist attack or some other type of

attack. I believe this is not acceptable.

The thought of the government not be able to trace

anybody surfing the dark web is terrifying and makes me

against it 100%.

I still cannot wrap my head around the fact that the dark

web is truly anonymous. I don’t see how the government

can just let this pass. I don’t agree with any terrorists or

criminals of any matter secretly surfing the web. Who

knows what they could be searching for.

DELICIOUS

Delicious is my least favorite because:

I would not use this after this class.

I do not go on that many sites.

I would rather use the “my favorites” button or

bookmark the site since I don’t go on many sites.
