The first cylindrical photo-electric sensor( 18) featuring
colinearoptics,XUBT resolves all the problems associated withthe delicate detection of transparent materials. Osiconcept, parti-
cularly simple, to adjust, it detects anything to perfection.
Meticulous detection!
Its specific optics enables blind zone
detection from the lens, where previously
a risk existed of objects passing unnoticed!
All purpose!
Even for facetted or corrugated objects (glass,
PET bottles), packaging films, PVC, food
containers.XUBT assures detection without
rebound or magnifying effects.

With its 18 standard housing, single line of
sight axis and the availability of pre-cabled and
connector versions,XUBT assures savings in
integration time in the machine and a much
faster connection.
Press, it is set!A single press on the teach button
automatically adjusts theXUBT for the majority
of applications and no readjustment is required in
the event of the object being changed.
A 2nd optional press enables finer adjustment for
more complicated transparent objects
Included with the product: the new micro prism
precision reflector, XUZC50HP, to meet the most
demanding applications.

XUBT features an automatic correction foraccumulation of dirt. This increases the
interval between cleaning phases and optimal
detection is assured even in the event of
changes in environmental conditions.

Stainless steel versions are available to complement the Plastic versions
The stainless steel versions (IP 69K, currently the only on the market) are
intended for severe environments and, in particular, food and beverage
processing. They have excellent mechanical resistance.
