An organization

and health Act 1994 (Act514), Factory and Machinery Act 1967
(Act 139) and Petroleum (Safety Measures) Act 1984 (Act 302)
and their relevant regulations.

Clause 4- OHSMS requirements
Establish OHSMS based on the standard, document, implement,
maintain and improve.
Establish OH&S Policy, communicate to all staff, contractors or
any other person working on behalf of the organization and
public.
Plan OHSMS:
a. Identifying OH&S hazards and assess risks.
