Charge the OrthoPulse® Preferably the night before delivery

Create the patient’s account
Click the + in the top righthand corner

Pair the OrthoPulse® with the patient account
Place the OrthoPulse® in Bluetooth mode by placing it in the charging case.

Patient downloads the OrthoPulse® app
Log in using his or her OrthoPulse® ID and password, sent via email

Having issues?
1. Reset the OrthoPulse®
Lift the OrthoPulse® off the charging tray and replace it 3-4 times consecutively. When successful, the status light will cycle through the color spectrum and you will hear the device beep. You may have to complete the reset one or two times.
2. Sync with the OrthoPulse® app
Open the patient profile in the OrthoPulse® app. The OrthoPulse® will go into Bluetooth® broadcasting mode for 60 seconds when replaced in the charging case. The device will automatically sync with the app when the device is in broadcasting mode and the app is open to the patient profile.
