û Understand current indications for operative and non-operative treatment of fractures and dislocations
û Comprehend appropriate surgical techniques, approaches, and implant selections for fracture care
û Recognize the importance of careful soft tissue techniques
û Analyze critically ill traumatized patients and practice appropriate temporary stabilization procedures and establish protocols for transfer
