Theperfectcontrolofyarntensionallowsthehighestwindingspeeds,guaranteeinganexcellentyarnandpackagequality.TheTensor,tensionsensor,continuouslydetectsactualwindingtension,beingpositionedimmediatelybeforethedrum.TheTensorinteracts,throughtheheadcomputer,withtheyarntensionertovarythepressureexertedontheyarnasrequired.TheoperatingrangeoftheyarntensionercanbesetontheComputer.Whentheyarntensionerreachestheminimumvalueofthisrangeitcan,ifsorequired,activatethepresetspeedreductioncurve.Tensionconstancyalsoguaranteesyarnwaxinguniformity.TheTensorhasnomovingpartsthatcouldinfluenceoperationand,therefore,correctreadingandcorrectionoftension.Italsoactsasananti-wrapdevice.
TENSORFLEXForelastomericyarnsblendedwithwoolsandcottonsfordelicateyarns.Viathecomputerthisdevicecanactivateavariationofthewindingtensionreferencevalueaspackagediametervaries.
