WHO YOU ARE HIRING

Enrique Alvarez began his consumer goods career with Kraft Foods; in 1994 Enrique joined Diageo Venezuela where he was responsible for the marketing of several prestigious brands such as Johnny Walker, Tanqueray, Moet Chandon, Old Parr and Buchanan’s. In 2000 he joined Seagram Venezuela as National Trade Marketing Manager and in 2003 he was promoted to be General Manager for Seagram Colombia; in 2011Enrique became Vice President of Travel Retail for the Americas responsible for a business over $200 million dollars in revenue.

Delfin E. Paez After working for fifteen years with liquor companies such as Seagram and Pernod Ricard, Delfin brings in the industry expertise from both the Latin American and US markets. Delfin held various international positions in different countries and was responsible for the strategic direction and development of several global as well as local and regional brands. Delfin has managed over 100 brands over his career. After leaving Pernod Ricard in 2004, Delfin launched Factum Consulting Group a business dedicated to brand consulting and sourcing.
