In collaboration with SWRMC's Print shop, ET1 Roberto Flores from C959A designed two new customer status boards for SWRMC TMDE and all waterfront assets stationed at Naval Base San Diego. The boards allow customers to quickly identify the status of their equipment, location of equipment, status of ship, and calibration facility responsible. Streamlining of the status boards have eliminated the need for customers to wait in line for a customer service representative from SWRMC Calibration lab or CTRASD office. His efforts have allowed the personnel at C959A to better help customers in a timely manner and reduced overall customer wait times. Really great job! -H. J.
