• 11:30 am – Registration Event Staff arrive

• 12:00 pm – Event Staff arrive

• 12:15 pm - 12:30 pm – Event Staff move project boxes to ballroom

• 12:30 pm – Ballroom opens to set-up

• 1:00 pm – Volunteers arrive & projects begin

• 3:00 pm – Projects end & clean-up begins

• 3:30 pm – Volunteer Fair ends
