According to similar countries realities and conditions AIESEC countries are grouped in GNs and each of them is lead by a GN Director( part of AI Team) who also leads a Team called GN Board.

The role of the VP F is to ensure financial stability and transparency of all entities in AIESEC Norway. The MCVPF is responsible for planning and managing the finances in AIESEC Norway sustainably together with the MCP. Throughout these processes, she will work especially closely with VP CR, VP ICX NC and VP OGX, as well as with different stakeholders of AIESEC Norway. MVCPF also has a key role in ensuring strategic investments of AIESEC Norway’s financial resources and in ensuring sustainable revenue generation through funds and grants applications.

The person in this position is responsible for developing strategies for LC Development and coaching for AIESEC Norway. The position also includes direct coaching of 3 LCs and LC visits as well as strategic direction on Expansion and on rebuilding LCs. The position is both strategic and operational.
