Organizing Greenville TLI Training

Organize Greenville TLI in 4 weeks by 28 July Main tasks
◦ TLI program: find 12+ speakers and facilitators◦ Identify venue location – Flour center◦ Arrange food and other amenities◦ Prepare for the training; Saturday 8 – 2pm
Main organizers ◦ Nick Graham, Jody Usher and Jun Peralta◦ District and Area Governors
Challenge
Ask help from district or division officers Invite participation by email – get the membership directory, look for DTM, ACB, ACS,ACG Schedule regular meetings with organizers and share documents – use Drop box to
finalize the program Assist speakers and facilitators – what do they need, topic to speak about
Complete the Program
Venue
Determine the facility and contact person Check facility features – WIFI, bathrooms, number of chairs and rooms
Facility Layout
Get registration details and facility layout Assign the biggest room to the session with highest registration Determine who needs projectors and other visual aids Go early and prepare the room – put labels to identify the room, etc.
