Based on the results of the interview write a report of not more than fifteen hundred words (1500) on the main challenges that influence (a) designing HR policies and practices when implementing a global HR System. (b) Your report should include recommendations for overcoming the challenges identified. The Interview Instrument must be included in the Appendix. The interview instrument will not be included in the word count. Mark Scheme: Interview Instrument 10% Analysis & Interpretation of findings 60% Recommendations 30% Total 100 The student must gain a minimum of 50% on this research question in order to be awarded a passing grade.
