Costumes for contents page

These items are the clothes i used on m,y models for my contents page. This style is smart but trendy at the same time. Here we have a variety of chinos, vans, a shirt and a flowery dress. I used a flowery dress for the girl as its a feminine and for the boy I dressed him up smart as I believe its more appealing for boys to look presentable. Not only is this outfit smart, but its trendy and original. This is a typical indie outfit.

Costume for front cover

I used a dark pair of clothing's for my front cover as the indie genre don't stay in one mood, they are always different and shying away form the norm. Here I have a black corset and a black skirt, this is the type of clothing a indie person would wear out or perhaps to a party or somewhere fancy. I used this specific outfit on my front cover as I wanted my model to stand out and look fancy also to wear an outfit that would compliment the colour scheme I intended to use for my front cover.

Outfit for double page spreadThis is a classic indie outfit, a knitted jumper and a pair of blue skinny jeans. This is more casual everyday were so I decided to use this for my double page spread as I was doing a causal open interview and wanted the audience and also the model to feel comfortable. Trends come in and out of fashion all the time but this outfit seems to be a constant popular hit.

location

These are my locations i used to shoot my models. As you can see they are all very different. I did this to show there personality, the picture on the far left is my bed room, the middle one is a field and the one on the right is a blossom tree. I believe all my models represented each location.

props

Here are some of the props I used in the pictures. I used the guitar to really address the fact that its a music magazine and I used tobacco pouches in many pictures to get that edgy effect however they might not appear on my final product.
