Field Training Plan in Oregon
ODA has been using the ATN/Field Training Plan since 2006 to document when inspectors have demonstrated all performance elements and competencies to conduct independent inspections of retail food establishments. (Voluntary National Retail Food Regulatory Program Standards, Standard 2, Trained Regulatory Staff)
ODA has modified the Field Training Plan to include performance elements and competencies related to basic and advanced inspections of manufactured foods.
