On April 18, 2017, the parties filed a Stipulation pursuant to Idaho Rules of Civil

Procedure 84(r) and 4 l(a)(l )(A)(ii) to dismiss Petitioners Mojanet and Deborah Broadie from

this proceeding.

Therefore, IT IS ORDERED that Petitioners Mojanet and Deborah Broadie are hereby

dismissed as parties to this proceeding with prejudice, with each party to bear its own costs and

fees.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that all captions used in this proceeding going forward
