Quantal’s unique Orangery RoofCassette System is the perfect partnerfor constructing Orangery styleconservatories in conjunction with the Quantal aluminium roof system.

Designed and structurally guaranteedby Quantal’s experienced technical team the system is simple and easy to use. The kit is based upon BBA Certified Glulam Beams, which are pre-constructed into bespoke sizedmodular cassettes enabling simple andspeedy onsite assembly. The completesystem is designed to complement the BBA Approved Quantal roof.

Warm roof DesignHigh performance pre-cut insulation panelsform part of the pre-constructed modularcassette. In addition thermally-brokenfixings enable a U-Value of 0.2 to beachieved for the timber roof element.

The warm roof design removes the need for through-ventilation which can be difficult to provide effectively. Once installation is complete anysuitable waterproof covering materialcan be applied to weatherproof thecomplete roof system.
