Dan Carlson joined the Tennessee Fund office in February

of 2011 and currently serves as the Associate Director for

Donor Services. Prior to working with the Tennessee

Fund, Dan worked as an Academic Counselor in the Thorn-

ton Center here at UT. Dan received dual undergraduate

degrees from St. Thomas University in Miami, FL. He also

earned dual graduate degrees from UT in Sport

Management and College Student Personnel. Dan worked

as a football graduate assistant during his graduate school

career at Tennessee. We hope that you will get the chance

to meet the newest Tennessee Fund representative at an

upcoming event.

As this Fund Drive season comes to a close, we want to take the

opportunity to thank you for your hard work promoting the

Big Orange in your communities. We rely on you to keep fans

excited about Tennessee Athletics, and we thank you for

staying informed about what is going on at Tennessee, and for

always supporting the Vols and Lady Vols.

On Saturday April 16th, we will have our annual Fund Drive

Awards Luncheon to announce the final new money standings

for 2011. This meeting will also serve as the kick-off event for

the new Vol Rep Program. We will also explain the differences

between the Fund Drive and the Vol Rep Program as well as

how we will transition into this new program.

The time of the spring football game has not been announced,

but we hope that you will stay on campus to attend this

exciting game.
