    AbouttheHumanResourcesRepresentativeInternPosition:

    ThispositionwillworkwithintheNorthAmericaSalesandConsultingHRteamof

    approximately20individuals,aswellaswithinthegreaterHRorganization.Theteamprovides

    HRbusinesspartnersupporttothe8,000+employeeswithintheNorthAmericaSalesand

    Consultinggroup.

    TheHRRepresentativeinternpositionworkswithintheHRteamthatsupportstheNorth

    AmericaSalesandConsulting(NASC)organization.

    ThispositionislocatedintheReston,VAoffice.

    Theresponsibilitiesinclude:

    AdvisingNASCmanagementandemployeesrelatingtocompanysHRpoliciesandprocedures

    ReviewingHRtransactions ResolvingproblemsrelatedtoHRprocessingissues EnsuringHRdataiscorrect RunningandanalyzingHRreports(suchasheadcount,newhire,attrition,

    performancemanagement)

    FirstpointofcontactforWorkersCompensationclaimsandPersonalLeavesofAbsences

    ThispositionmayparticipateinmanagingNASCHRprojects.Someworkwillberoutinein

    nature,howevertherewillalsobeworkinvolvingHRprogramsupportandprovidinginputon

    newmethods,programsandprocedures.

    PreferredExperienceandEducation:

    Trackrecordofmeetingdeadlinesanddeliverableswithahighdegreeofaccuracyandresults

    orientation.BA/BSdegreepreferred,butnotrequiredandatleast2-4yearsrelated

    experience.

    Knowledge,SkillsandAbilities:

    Thesuccessfulcandidatewillhavestrongorganizational,communication,interpersonal,

    analytical,problemsolvingandexcelskills.Abilitytoworkinafastpacedenvironment

    independentlyaswellaswithinaremoteteamenvironment.
