My Story: Paul Muhammad has always wanted to help people work through the challenges of life. Ever since he was 10 years old; he has always been intrigued by the way people think, make decisions and behave. At the age of 45, he is no stranger to the consequences of making poor choices.

As a youth his Father was an alcoholic and he grew up with 4 siblings with whom he gained his first experiences with social drinking and using drugs. He understands what causes relationships to fail, why people self sabotage and what causes a person to choose alcohol or drugs. He is a Mature Alchemist of life trans-formation techniques.

Paul obtained a Diploma in Psychotherapy and Addiction Counselling. He holds a Bache-lors of Science Degree in Advertising Commu-nications. He is a Qi Gong Instructor, NLP Practitioner and has obtained Certification as a Holistic Wellness, Health & Nutrition, Stress Management Coach, and wants to share with you everything he learned to improve, elimi-nate stress, achieve balance and fulfillment. He attunes to his clients and guides them in the direction that will benefit them the most.

What You Learn?

Balancing & HarmonyThese movements form the basis of our learning, helping us to find the right posture, breathing and relaxation. Balancing using Qi Gong is good for circulation, flexibility as well as helping arthritis, backache, joint problems and coordination. These movements are helpful for the elderly.

MeditationWe need meditation to balance movement as movement is Yang andmeditation is Yin. When we practise forms, we open our acupuncturepoints and channels, clearing blockages and releasing the negative Qi.This means our Qi can flow smoothly. Meditation allows us to gatherand store the fresh Qi that we have gathered during our practice.

Healthy Living I, II, IIIHealthy Living Gong is a set of exercises to strengthen the body and increase vital energy, which we call Qi. Part I focuses on relaxation, Part II works on improving fitness and coordination and Part III cultivates power and physical strength.
