    we are planning to execute 1 liter RGB Promo & Sales Force Incentive for Direct Distribution

    Sales Force, Distributor, DSF & their Retailers to give maximum boost to this pack during

    the upcoming season, we have to be extra cautious with this pack with looming threat of

    launch of 1liter in FC pack which may cannibalize the sales of 1 liter RGB in the market from

    where we had achieved results in the past years. Therefore to keep intact Budgeted Targets

    & redemption of deficit the following plan is proposed:

    Distributors Sales Force Incentive

    Period:

    April 12 to June 12 (03 Months)

    Per Case Incentive:

    Every salesman of distributor will get Rs.10 on every case of 1 Liter RGB sold to trade

    during the above mentioned period.

    Mechanics:

    Fortnightly results will be shared.

    To create excitement, incentive will be given fortnightly. Sales Manager will be responsible for disbursement of incentive to DSF.

    Per case incentive amount will be given on secondary sales.

    Communication

    Sessions will be conducted at each distribution with their Sales Force to brief promo

    mechanics and to motivate Sales team.

    A standard letter will be displayed at distributors premises informing all sales force

    about the special per case incentive.

    Cost:To be charged to Local DME Heads i.e Sales Force Incentive, Availability Drive- Container

    Injection & DDP.

    Note:

    Sales force of distributors with ISIS will be paid based on recorded sales in ISIS. For

    distributors without ISIS, MDO will report both opening and closing stock of 1Liter RGB to

    arrive at monthly sales.

    Distributor IncentiveTo entice distributors in order to generate higher volumes and have greater availability

    through more outlets, we have planned exciting prize for higher achiever distributor.
