COUNT YOUR BLESSINGS When upon life’s billows you are tempest tossed, When you are discouraged, thinking all is lost, Count your many blessings, name them one by one, And it will surprise you what the Lord hath done.
Count your blessings, name them one by one, Count your blessings, see what God hath done! Count your blessings, name them one by one, And it will surprise you what the Lord hath done.
Are you ever burdened with a load of care? Does the cross seem heavy you are called to bear? Count your many blessings, every doubt will fly, And you will keep singing as the days go by.
SILENT NIGHT Silent night, holy night All is calm, all is bright Round yon Virgin Mother and Child Holy Infant so tender and mild Sleep in heavenly peace Sleep in heavenly peace
Silent night, holy night! Shepherds quake at the sight Glories stream from heaven afar Heavenly hosts sing Alleluia! Christ, the Saviour is born Christ, the Saviour is born

MISSIONS Yokohama, Japan (yoh-kuh-HAH-muh) - Praise the Lord for Cindy*, a new sister in Christ! Cindy
found her way to an international church in Yokohama a month ago and was
searching for truth after coming out of 10-year stint in the Mormon faith.
During a recent meeting with a missionary, Cindy expressed her desire to
"really know" who Jesus is. She had been wondering what she could do to be
accepted by God and enter heaven. The missionary carefully read a tract
together with Cindy. When Cindy read about God's gift of salvation and that
all she had to do was receive it, she closed her eyes and bowed her head,
and tears began to flow. "You mean that this is all I have to do . . . receive
God's gift? I've worked so hard to do good things to try and please God, but I
could never find peace." She immediately prayed to receive Christ. Praise
God for the peace Cindy has received in Jesus, and pray for her as she
begins her new life in him! (*name changed)
