Colombia's bondrating was affirmed at Baa3.
Since 2011 Colombias sovereign debt has been positively rated by the three top risk-rating agencies,coinciding with a reduction in its vulnerability to external shocks, i ts historic fulfillment of obligations,confidence in the governments macroeconomic policy and its improvement in security policies.
