MEMBERSHIP CONDITIONS

1. All persons of Pakistani origin living abroad and above 18 years are eligible for membership of Overseas

Pakistanis Foundation

2. Persons proceeding abroad on employment after 23rd March, 1979 through Protector of Emigrants and

have deposited Rs. 2,000/- in the Welfare Fund are members of the Foundation. They can get membership

card by sending photocopies of first two pages of current passport having valid visa and copy of page

bearing the seal of Protector of Emigrants alongwith two coloured photographs (size 1x 1).

3. Overseas Pakistanis who were not protected by the Protector of Emigrants can apply for membership of

OPF on the prescribed form alongwith Bank Draft/Pay Order of Rs. 2,000/- in favour of OPF Islamabad

as membership fee. They have to provide valid documentary proof of stay or employment abroad.

INSTRUCTIONS1. Enclose two coloured photographs of the size 1 X 1 for your membership card. Write your name on

the back of your photographs.

2. Form may be filled in English.

3. Member fee in the form of cash, personal cheque, money order and postal order will not be acceptable.

4. The Bank Draft/Pay Order must be drawn on any bank in Islamabad (Pakistan)

Membership forms can be obtained from the OPF Head Office, Regional Offices and Pakistan Missionsabroad. Photo copy of the form and the form downloaded from the website www.opf.org.pk can also beused. Completed form alongwith valid passport, valid visa and Bank Draft/Pay Order of the specifiedamount in favour of OPF Islamabad may be mailed to any of the following address:
