• Start with corridors/routes and work towards transition to more scalable and flexible operations– Agree on definitions, architecture
• Engage early with FAA on notional routes and community engagement plan
• Address Cooperative Conflict Management, e.g. VFR traffic crossing corridors with vertical squeeze and runway constraints– Speeds, climb rates, overtakes, landing and departure, wake vortex, wind shear,
weather
• Consider contingency plans and emergency landing locations in corridor design
• Work together as a community to establish CBRs
