TYPICAL PROCESS

In the process Lighthouse team becomes familiar with the Client, its business and its market, as a result of which the Client receives the team that functions as if it is the Client’s own team

• Lighthouse and the Client conduct intake meeting to understand the specifics of the Client’s business and the goals on the Russian marketIntake meeting

• Lighthouse prepares detailed action plan, approves it with the Client and allocates the Project Manager(s) to execute Action plan

• Whenever required Lighthouse sources and selects the optimal services providers to support the Client’s business needs (accounting, legal, logistics, etc.)Sourcing

• Lighthouse Project Manager(s) execute the tasks under constant guidance and supervision of Lighthouse PartnersExecution

• Lighthouse acts as the local team of its Client (international company) on the Russian market.

• The Client is supported by bi-lingual experienced Project Managers during the execution of the project.

• During the project Lighthouse works in close cooperation with the Client’s team, responsible for the Russian market.

• On a weekly or bi-weekly basis Lighthouse together with the Client:

• Plan and agree the activities for the upcoming period;

• Estimate and agree on how much time the Lighthouse team needs to spend on the identified and agreed activities;

• Discuss the results of the previous period;

• Adjust and plan the activities for the next period;

• If necessary, update the strategy;
