RTF 11 Secretariat and was attended by the Local Chiefs

together with our AFP counterpart and Core Group Members of

together with PCOL ALBERTO P LUPAZ, C, ROMD. During the

joint signing DIR ALEX C ROLDAN, RD, DIL XI presented the

Updates on E.O 70 / Role of DILG re RTF-ELCAC. The said

meeting was attended by USEC NESTOR F QUINSAY of DILG

as resource speaker.
