OVERVIEW
Operation Study is a university-wide initiative designed to re-invent the academic experience by establishing a campus culture that expects and supports high motivation and academic achievement of Clayton State students.

PURPOSE
The overall purpose of Operation Study is to positively impact student retention and persistence toward degree completion.

GOALS
Define “college-level studying,” and teach students effective study strategies.
Establish “studying” as a campus-wide expectation by all faculty, staff, and students.
Identify incentives that increase classroom performance and encourage studying.
Partner with campus academic support services to promote effective study habits and strategies.
Incorporate “study efforts” with other University retention initiatives.
