Keeping focused on the bottom line will help us organize this part of the business plan.

Well as we have started our business with an unique idea so we will definitely chose a premium location for our business but right now we are doing business in the electronic market instead of physical world. The scoop on electronic market is very high for our product and so far we are getting very good response about our product, we have best technicians on site and they can fulfill any order of our capacity on time.

Capacity Management

Supply chains of all types face a common challenge and potential constraint: capacity. In simple terms, capacity is the maximum volume of work that can be completed within a specific time frame. Capacity management seeks to ensure that the available capacity can meet the required capacity or demand for a particular good or service.

Capacity issues can occur at the production, distribution or transportation node of the supply chain and often result in the business not being able to meet customer demand. The complicated and interconnected nature of a modern supply chain means that failure at any point on the chain can have ripple effects, also known as the bullwhip effect along the entire chain. Adding to the complexity is the dynamic nature of capacity, which may constantly fluctuate due to the interrelationships among various supply chain elements

As told before we are having one of the best technicians on sire and they can fulfill any order of our capacity. We have targeted the upper and upper middle class so our demand is less and if we get orders more than our capacity we refuses to take it because as we are new in market and don’t have enough budget we can’t take any risks to spoil our repute among customers.

Supply Chain Management

(SCM) is the management of the flow of goods. It includes the movement and storage of raw materials work-in-process inventory, and finished goods from point of origin to point of consumption. Interconnected or interlinked networks, channels and node businesses are involved in the provision of products and services required by end customers in a supply chain, Supply chain management has been defined as the "design, planning, execution, control, and monitoring of supply chain activities with the objective of creating net value, building a competitive infrastructure, leveraging worldwide logistics, synchronizing supply with demand and measuring performance globally.

We have a very strong and committed network of supply chain management. As we are dealing only in the virtual market not in the physical world we are fulfilling our orders on time with no excuses of energy crises because we are here to solve it with our unique products. We get orders tell it to our technicians and they tell us the time of delivery then we tell our customer that by this date your order will be ready if they agree we take the order if they disagree we don’t make fake promises. Our suppliers are having no issues with us because we are not delaying any payments and don’t even have any other disputes with them, we are having a small inventory and it is fixed not more than that not even less than that. We have calculated the holding cost of our inventory even the order setup cost and the transportation charges. The nature of our business is a bit different that’s why we are having a less inventory because the batteries losses their life with time.
