Sustainable OERPraxis• Draw on learning object used in current courses• Using criteria: lifecycle, provenience, orginality, broadness, depth,

prominence, reliability and solidity• Cooperate with universities, networks and other organizations

and educational companies• Agreements that sometimes take a while gain approval for• Remix learning material that have been well used before• Produce OER that fill a gap for others and use TV- and

radioprogram with outstanding quality form UR.se

Add metadata• Librarians add metadata, model Dublin Core Extended• Enhenced metadata, relevant symbols for the OER

Metadata - valueable and worthwhile…

Additional value• Searching with Google• Searching on the web site• We do agreements that sometimes take a while gain

approval for (CC-license)• Remix learning material that have been well used before• Produce OER that fill a gap for others and use TV- and

radioprogram with outstanding quality form UR.se• OER also in english

Add metadata• Librarians add metadata, model Dublin Core Extended• Enhenced metadata, relevant symbols for the OER

Tools for mOOCWorkable tools now• Quiz and online tests (now Fiftysneakers.com)• Theme pages and Infact.se – nonlinear learning paths• Dicussions via TalkAbout (Standford, GoogleHangout)• Syllabus via SALSA* and open source PDF-forms

Future tools and models• Using the theme pages in OpenSNH (OMEKA) as mOOC?• Create stand alone Syllabus/Study gudies to integrate in

ordinary LMS as MOODLE, Blackboard et cetera• Using a MOOC-plattform on the market or open source

Comparison MOOC and OER Repository about source criticism

Critera for the comparison was the following; openness, flexibility, multimodal, remix, accessibility, time to learn content, shareable, searchable, use offline, assessment/test as a learning opportunity and possibility to create your own content/learning material or test/assessments.The two (2) compared ways of find and access to learn about source criticism (“källkritik” in Swedish) was via the open courses (MOOC) at Webbstjärnan http://kurs.webbstjarnan.se/ and the OER Repository named Open SNH, www.opensnh.se .

Use up to now and the futureNow• Using Google analytic, for whom accessed the OpenSNH

and the theme pages• Other networks and websites using the OER• Theme pages and singel OER integrated in current

courses• Theme pages used as intro in self paced learning

activities

Further development• All OER and theme pages have high accessibility • Syllabus / Study gudies created as open courses with

Badges and with option to apply for an Examination
