    Employee Central Payroll leverages On-Premise Payroll, but they are not thesame.

    Employee Central Payroll has higher level of standardization than On-PremisePayroll.

    Modifications of SAP source code are not permitted (basic cloud quality)

    Extensibility options are limited compared to HCM on-premise

    Employee Central Payroll is not a back door hosting option for on-premisefunctionality.

    On-Premise Time Management, Benefits, Org Management, and so on, cannot beused with Employee Central Payroll. Instead, Employee Central Payroll usesrespective EC functionality (or 3rd party certified by SAP)
