The Bag Opener opens the plastic bags and transfers the metered material to thesubsequent sorting and preparation plants. The machine is available as a standard modelor in combination with a charging hopper. The hopper is fed batchwise by a front loader.

The next generation of Bag Openers
The new BOE 17 evolved from the proven BO-series. The innovations in this new model are based upon two decades of experience and more than 500 shipped machines. Functionality, sturdiness and modularity combined with the easy-to-use but precise controls, make it the best Bag Opener available on the market.
The focus for the BOE-series was set on user friendliness and automation while maintaining the level of quality and functionality of the BO-series. As a result a wide set of features to support the user as well as the facility manager, have been integrated in to the controlling system.
The optional weighing system is a central part of many additional functions that turn the BOE 17 into the key asset for the loading process. Important operating data is being saved and can be used for analysis later on. The throughput rate, bunker filling level, running time and overall performance, among other data, can be accessed as diagram or via report. This helps the facility manager to optimize the processes and makes reporting more comfortable.
The BOE-series also has an interesting set of additional features in stock for the user. Integrated WLAN-access in combination with a tablet pc enables direct interaction of loading personnel and machine. Optical and acoustical signals inform the user of the remaining time, current fill level and the time until next loading. At the same time cameras simplify the loading process and help monitoring inner machine functions.
Facilities with lots of different materials benefit highly from the innovative BOE-series. Processing quantities batch wise or changing the mode of operation is easily done and spares lengthy adaption of process parameters.
The web interface allows simple, location-independent, access to machine controls by any Windows, Android or Apple IOS device within the locations network or via secured connection. With that, all relevant information can be accessed worldwide. The service department of BRT HARTNER can supply quick support via remote maintenance interface.

Dismantler for small waste bags

The manual opening of the plastic housings of used small household appliances, electrical and electronic tools, toys and medical equipment is time-consuming and dangerous. Splitters and sharp edges, as well as the appliances’ contents may cause injuries.
The Dismantler DM executes this work automatically, safely and fast. The plastic housings are coarsely broken. The inside parts remain intact and can be removed safely.
The crushed housings are transported to subsequent sorting in a continuous material flow.

Dismantler for electric appliances

The Bale Breaker serves for unraveling of press bales of PET-bottles, waste paper, residual waste, plastic waste and similar materials, as well as the metered material transport downstream working processes. By adjusting the unraveling grade, an optimal subsequent sorting is guaranteed.
The BB- series does not crush but loosen the material for a most effective material sorting. If required, a supplemented ripping device can be installed for an additional loosening process and opening of tied bundles and cartons.
If the feeding of loose material per front loader and bales is required, the Bale Breaker is also available with a closed hopper with door at the rear side.
Optionally available with BD Bale Dewiring machine as complete bale opening system.

The Bale Dewiring machine removes wire strappings automatically from corded bales.
The bales are placed onto the chain belt conveyor. The cutting and removing mechanism adjusts automatically to the individual bale size and density. The removed wires are packed and discharged to the bottom.
Employment of staff for bale cutting is no longer necessary. The wire strappings are under high tension and may cause serious injuries when cut per hand. The bale dewiring machine increases operatonal safety by preventing such accidents.
It is recommended to operate the bale dewiring machine combined with the tried and tested BB Bale Breaker. The material is unraveled and transformed into a loose and metered material stream. The bale contents are perfectly prepared for sorting without any damage to the material.
The advantages are obvious: It is ensured that the downstream aggregates are utilized in an optimal way. A complete automation of the material preparation with BRT HARTNER technology saves personnel, time and costs.
