The Supplier Support Committee (SSC) was called to order at 5:00 PM by Tom Newton.

1.2 INTRODUCTIONS/ROUTING OF ATTENDANCE LIST/CODE OF ETHICS/REVIEW AGENDA

The Code of Ethics, Anti-Trust & Conflict of Interest (pg. 7 Attendees Guide) were reviewed.The SSC viewed the PRI anti-trust video. The safety information, including fire exits, were reviewed.

Arno Toelkes is now part of the SSC Leadership Team, representing the European sector.

The minutes of the March 2015 Nadcap meeting in Berlin were approved.

1.4 AWARDS & RECOGNITION

No awards were given.

2.0 NADCAP MANAGEMENT COUNCIL (NMC) CHAIR ADDRESS

Jeff Lott presented.

Questions that Jeff was asked:

One supplier asked, what does the NMC do?

o Jeff gave an update on the NMC’s current projects, including: outsourcing of pyometry and development of the Metallic Materials Manufacturing (MMM) checklist. Jeff then openly took questions from the suppliers.

Are there initiatives to reduce cost of audits? Inquired by Karen Quinn, Orbital ATK

o Jeff stated that the NMC can’t do anything but be cognizant of cost as it’s passed on to the customer.

How do you submit feedback to the NMC from the Supplier standpoint? Inquired by Andy Bakewell, E M Inspection Co Ltd.

o Jeff stated that Suppliers can reach out to the SSC Leadership Team and Task-Group specific NMC Supplier Voting Members.

Is there an opportunity to have a ‘Supplier Recommendation’ for NMC to recognize Suppliers that go above and beyond? Inquired by Kamil Siniakowicz, Burton Ind, Inc.

o Although there is no system in place for individual recognition, Nadcap has the merit program that is achievable to Suppliers.

Is there an improvement interface for both auditor and Staff Engineer consistency? Inquired by Rick Kuhns, Bristol Industries.

Joe Pinto stated that there is a survey available within eAuditNet that gives the Supplier an opportunity to rate the Staff Engineer, Scheduling, etc. This survey is not mandatory.

3.0 SUPPLIER NEWS

Tom Newton presented.

Wilfried Weber, PFW Aerospace GmbH asked a question in regards to OASIS. Wilfried’s question was, ‘Why can’t eAuditNet and OASIS be linked so a new quality certificate can be directly uploaded to eAuditNet when previous certificates expire?’ Tom Newton stated that the SSC LT is looking at this, and will be setting up a meeting with eAuditNet to discuss further.

4.0 SUPPLIER WORKING GROUPS

All attendess were given the opportunity to break into three separate working groups, of their choice, to address one of three topics.

Working Group Topics and Results:

1. If this was the last Nadcap meeting you could attend, what additional information would you want to see online or receive via email relative ot the Nadcap process?

2. Assess the value and accessibility of information available to suppliers from PRI, SSC and others.

3. Marketing SSC Mondays at Nadcap Meetings: Develop insights on how to increase Monday attendance at Nadcap triennial meetings, and thus increase attendance at SSC Sponsored events scheduled for Mondays.
