Conclusion Tablet is the least used device in Kenya and

Ghana. Kenya and Ghana are not satisfied with the

speed, cost and stability of internet connection.

Conclusion

Creation: Kenya and Ghana create basic & intermediate educational resources

Sharing: More people from Kenya share these educational resources as compared to Ghana

Most respondents from Kenya & Ghana do not create advanced Ed. Resources

Conclusion

We have a great opportunity to foster OER use, people agreed that is useful; fun and intends to use it in the future.
