    ACTING under the provisions of paragraph (c) ofsubsection (6) of section 314 of the Health Act, 1911-1948, I, Cecil Evelyn Cook, Commissioner of PublicHealth, do hereby appoint Alva Thomas Pearson, amedical practitioner, to conduct a post-mortemexamination upon the body of every stillborn childwhere the still birth happens in any district or partof a district as proclaimed under paragraph (c) ofsubsection (6) of section 314 of the said Act, subjectto the terms and conditions following, iiamely

    Every examination will be performed in a propermanner and wholly in the laboratory at the KingEdward Memorial Hospital, Suhiaco, and punctuallyafter notice to the practitioner that the body is readyfor examination.

    The examination will include examination ofany particular aspects as may be specified by theCommissioner.

    The practitioner, for his services in respect ofany examination, shall be paid such remuneration asthe Minister approves; and shall not charge anyother person or hospital for any such services.

    The practitioner shall at or immediately aftereach examination, make and sign a report in writingin the form required by the Commissioner, and insuch report shall deal with any particular aspects asmay have been specified by the Commissioner.

    The practitioner shall furnish his report to theCommissioner within 48 hours of time examination.

    Forthwith after completion of his examination,the practitioner shall advise the Commissioner of suchconipletion, with a view to the arrangement by theCommissioner for the due disposal of the body.

    The practitioner will ensure the proper conductof the examination and the cleanliness of tilelaboratory.

    This appointment may be terminated by eitherparty at any time by notice in writing given to theother party.
