The shareholders of the Company, holding shares either in physical form orin dematerialized form, as on the cut-off date i.e. 23" September, 2020, only shall be entitled to cast their vote by remote e-voting as well as voting atthe Annual General Meeting.

The Remote e-voting period shall commence on 26" September, 2020 at 10.00 a.m. and will end on 28" September, 2020 at 5.00 p.m. The @-voting module will be disabled on 28" September, 2020 at 5.00 p.m.

Those Shareholders, who do not opt to cast their vote through remote e-voting, may cast their vote through e-voting at the AGM. Members who have cast their vote by remote 6-voting prior to the AGM, may also attend the AGM, however shall not be entitled to vote again at the AGM. Any
