a) The entry and exit tariffs include charges for system services pursuant to § 5, section 1 of the gas network access regulation (GasNZV) and for metering and billing pursuant to § 13, section 3, phrase 4 of the gas network tariffs regulation (GasNEV). This does not apply for new equipment required to implement substitute nomination procedures.

c) The tariff factor for a weekly reservation period is 40 % of the respective

monthly tariff as listed in the above table. The month on which the calculation of the tariff factor for a weekly reservation period is based on is determined by the first day of the week on which the reservation period begins. A gas week is defined as the period from Monday, 6.00 a.m. to Monday, 6.00 a.m. of the following week.

d) The tariff factor for a daily reservation period is 10 % of the respective

monthly tariff as listed in the above table. A gas day is defined as the period from 6.00 a.m. on one day until 6.00 a.m. on the following day.

e) The ceiling for tariffs determined by the factors set out in this section b) is

determined by the tariffs for the next longer reservation period, i.e. a capacity booking for a reservation period of three or four weeks is no more expensive than the respective tariff for a monthly reservation period.

f) The following discounts are granted on entry and exit tariffs for long-term

capacity bookings by shippers:

2. Tariff for Interruptible Capacity The tariff for interruptible capacity corresponds to the entry and exit tariffs pursuant to Section 1 above. In the event of an interruption, ONTRAS will refund the shipper 1.5 times the entry or exit tariff applicable for the period during which transportation was interrupted, but no more than 95 % of the monthly capacity charge. In the case of entry and exit contracts with a term of less than one month, the maximum refund shall be 95 % of the entry or exit charge for the period concerned. 3. Charge for Utilization of the Virtual Trading Point A charge of 0.001 EURcent/kWh is charged for gas quantities transferred between balancing groups via the virtual trading point. 4. Short-Haul Tariff ONTRAS offers a short-haul tariff of 0.24 EUR/(kWh/h) p. a. for the route Steinitz – underground storage facility UGS Peckensen. For using the short-haul tariff it is necessary to book the capacities on www.marktgebiete.com. ONTRAS has to be informed that the short-haul tariff should be used. The short-haul capacities must be included in a separate balancing group contract. Neither the Virtual Trading Point nor any other entries or exits may be included in this banlancing group. The technical capacity on the short haul Steinitz - UGS Peckensen is 899,489 kWh/h. Interruptible capacities up to maximum of 899,489 kWh/h at entry Steinitz for the short-houl UGS Peckensen are treated as firm capacities.

5. Counter-current capacities ONTRAS offers counter-current capacities on an interruptible basis at the following stations:

6. Penalty for Booked Capacity Overrun The penalty (V) incurred by the shipper for each overrun of booked capacity pursuant to § 41, number 5 of the Network Access Conditions is determined as follows:

Booked capacity overrun(s) exceeding 4 % will be calculated on a pro-rata basis using the factors specified above. Only one penalty will be charged in the event of several capacity overruns in any single gas day. In this case, the applicable penalty is determined by the highest capacity overrun on the respective gas day. 7. Charges for substitute nomination procedure

The balancing group manager shall pay the following charges for the time offset procedure:

a) One-off setting-up charges:

8. Hourly allocation data for network connection points

The balancing group manager shall pay the following charges for hourly allocation data for

9. Charge for Ex-Post-Balancing A charge of 0.001 EURct/kWh is payable for the absolute value of gas quantities transferred between balancing groups under ex-post-balancing. 10. Charge for balancing entry and exit differences between balancing groups The balancing group manager of the invoicing balancing group shall pay a non-recurring charge of 500.00 EUR for setting up an invoicing and subordinate balancing group. 11. Charge for balancing between market areas The balancing group manager shall pay an implementation charge of 750.00 EUR for balancing between market areas. Furthermore, the balancing group manager shall pay a charge of 0.001 EURct/kWh on the sums due for the hourly differences in quantities balanced between market areas.

12. Balancing energy charges

The reference prices to be used for calculating balancing energy charges in accordance with

Article 27 Annex 3 CoA III are available at www.eex.com or www.apxgroup.com.

13. Variable structuring charge Structuring charges are published in each case ten working days before the beginning of the next transport month. 14. Control energy levy

The current control energy levy of ONTRAS is published on the Internet at www.ontras.com.
