One of their popular dishes, black pepper crispy chicken, actually evolved through customerrecommenda`ons. Their dumpling offerings (steamed or fried) are all home made to order, from thefreshestingredients.

SunnyandEvanalsogeneratenewrecipe ideasbycollabora`ngwithsomeof their restaurateurfriends.“Weexpandonthem,testthemwithinourfamilyandsoondiscoverourcustomersalsofindtheytasteverygood”.

Sunnydefinessuccess,through“customersa`sfac`on,goodfood,avariedmenuandreasonableprices”. While sheacknowledgeshergreatest inspira`on is “ourcustomers”. “Theygivemeenergyandmakemewanttodobeaer”.

Within Precious Chinese, success is defined by “hard work”, and customer loyalty. They alsoprovide complementary soda, or foodwithmanyof their orders. This helps to grow repeat and referralbusiness.
