Awakening FestivalFriday, September 23, 4:30 pm through Sunday, September 25, 1:00 pmCamp Highland
Every year, thousands of music lovers come together for a two-day festival packed with many of today’s top Christian bands. In addition to the great music, there are many free activities onsite for all ages. We usually take a van full of people to the concert. We will leave the church at 4:30 pm on Friday, September 23rd and return to the church at around noon on Sunday the 25th. Prior to leaving the site, we will have our own church service as a youth group. The cost is $80/person, which will include the event ticket, camping fees, and all meals except for lunch on Saturday. Since we will all be out in the festival area during the day, students should bring an additional 10-20 dollars for concessions or souvenirs. As the event gets closer, we will send out a suggested packing list.
Please R.S.V.P. by September 16th via email to Pastor John Carter at [email protected].
