OverviewThe following is a written justification document supporting the benefits of integration of Mindsharp’s training product OnPath into our SharePoint implementation.

Mindsharp’s Computer Based Training (CBT) Lessons provide end users with self-paced, on-demand education on Windows SharePoint Services 3.0 (WSS 3.0) and Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2007 (MOSS). Each CBT lesson is designed and led by Mindsharp’s SharePoint experts, who leverage years of real-world experience to assist end-users with problems faced every day on the job.

Two deployment methods exist in the deployment of OnPath: Install into SharePoint to allow access within any SharePoint site Install with SCORM 1.2 compliancy for use into agency-wide Learning Management

System

Key Features Animated interface helps clarify difficult concepts and promote self-guided learning. “Read Along” feature allows the learner to read the spoken content. Built-in search function allows the learner to find topics of interest in each module. Advanced navigation feature allows the learner to select individual page views, or

automatically advance through the lesson using proven user-friendly navigation. Each lesson incorporates a standard presentation order of objectives, topic knowledge,

and summary/review to help the learner locate, learn and retain what they have learned. Studio-quality audio Provides full scalability of WSS 3.0 to MOSS 2007 integration.

Mindsharp offers more than 90 CBT Lessons that range from building basic SharePoint skills to mastering more advanced techniques and features. The interactive Lessons listed below provide step-by-step instructions, animations for tasks performed and best practices shared by Mindsharp’s educators.
