Wedding requirement 2 Certificate of single status (or) certificate of no-legal impediment is required to be produced by the following: Marriage applicants who where one party is a local and the other is a foreign citizen Marriage applicants who where former citizens of Fiji Asians who are not citizens of these countries, Australia, New Zealand, USA, Canada, Japan and European countries. You are requested to present your passport and birth certificate upon registration. If it is a second marriage for the bride or groom, a Decree Absolute or Death certificate should also be presented. Couples under the age of 21 must produce a letter of consent signed by their parents.
