ONLINE REGISTRATION “HOW TO GUIDE”

SIGN IN THROUGH FACEBOOK, GOOGLE+ OR CREATE A NEW USER ACCOUNT. EVERYONE IS A NEW USER FOR THE SUMMER 2019 SEASON.

ONCE LOGGED IN, CREATE A PARENT OR HOUSEHOLD ADMIN ACCOUNT. ONCE COMPLETED CLICK ON “CREATE NEW ACCOUNT.”

AT STEP 1 OF THE REGISTRATION PROCESS, AFTER READING THE WELCOME MESSAGE, PRESS THE BUTTON AT THE BOTTOM OF THE PAGE.

STEP 1.2 SHOWS THE HOUSEHOLD ADMIN AS SET UP PRIOR. IF A MISTAKE WAS MADE IN THE INITIAL SET UP, IT CAN BE CORRECTED HERE. SAVE AND CONTINUE.

IN STEP 1.3, SELECT “REGISTER A PARTICIPANT.” YOU WILL HAVE AN OPPORTUNITY TO REGISTER AS A VOLUNTEER (TEAM OFFICIAL OR ANOTHER ROLE) OR MAKE A DONATION LATER.

IF REGISTERING YOURSELF AS A PLAYER, SELECT YOUR NAME, BUT IF REGISTERING ANOTHER HOUSEHOLD MEMBER, SELECT “CREATE NEW MEMBER” THEN SELECT “SAVE AND CONTINUE.”

ENTER ALL APPLICABLE INFORMATION. PICTURES ARE REQUIRED FOR CERTAIN LEVELS. ENTER ANY FRIEND REQUESTS OR MEDICAL INFORMATION UNDER PLAYER NOTES. YOUNGER AGE GROUPS WILL BE GIVEN THE OPPORTUNITY TO ANSWER ADDITIONAL INFORMATION IN ANOTHER STEP TO HELP WITH TEAM ASSIGNMENT. SELECT SAVE AND CONTINUE.

IN STEP 2.2, FIRST SELECT THE PROGRAM/SEASON. THEN SELECT THE SPECIFIC PROGRAM GROUP IN EACH DROP DOWN MENU. SELECT

IN STEP 2.3, PARENT 1 DEFAULTS TO THE PERSON WHO SET UP THE HOUSEHOLD. SELECT THAT PERSON’S NAME FROM THE “SELECT” DROP DOWN MENU. SELECT THE RELATIONSHIP TO THE PARTICIPANT.

INFORMATION ON PARENT 2 IS NOT REQUIRED. IF ONLY PARTIAL INFORMATION IS ADDED, WHEN PLACING A SECOND REGISTRATION, YOU MAY BE ASKED TO COMPLETE ALL OF THE INFORMATION FOR PARENT 2. SELECT “SAVE AND CONTINUE.”

DISCOUNT CODES ARE PROVIDED BY THE CLUB. IF YOU HAVE APPLIED FOR FUNDING FROM JUMPSTART, KIDSPORT OR HAVE AN ACCOUNT CREDIT, CONTACT [email protected] TO REQUEST THE PROPER DISCOUNT CODE. ALL DISCOUNT CODES ARE CASE SENSITIVE.

IN STEP 2.5, SELECT “CONTINUE.”

STEP 2.6, GIVES YOU ANOTHER CHANCE TO REGISTER AS A VOLUNTEER. IN CASE YOU MAY FORGOT TO DO IT LATER, YOU CAN SELECT “YES” AND COMPLETE A VOLUNTEER REGISTRATION AT THIS TIME, OR SELECT “NO” AND “SAVE AND CONTINUE.”

STEP 2.7 REVIEWS THE INFORMATION THAT YOU JUST SET UP. SELECT “BACK” TO MAKE ANY CHANGES OR

STEP 2.8 CONTAINS THE SEASONAL WAIVER ALONG WITH THE PARENT AND PLAYER CODE OF CONDUCT. PLEASE READ BOTH.

ONCE THE WAIVER AND CODE OF CONDUCT INFORMATION IS READ, CHECK OFF THAT YOU AGREE TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND SELECT

IF YOU WISH TO REGISTER ANOTHER PARTICIPANT OR REGISTER AS A VOLUNTEER, CLICK ON THE APPROPRIATE BUTTON AND REPEAT THE PROCESS FOR EACH PERSON. ONCE EVERYONE IS REGISTERED, SELECT “NO, PROCEED TO NEXT STEP.”

IN STEP 4.1, YOU MAY MAKE A DONATION TO THE CLUB, ESPECIALLY IF UNABLE TO VOLUNTEER IN A ROLE, OR SELECT THE DEFAULT “NO”, AND “SAVE AND CONTINUE.”

IF YOU HAVE REGISTERED MORE THAN ONE PARTICIPANT, YOU MUST SELECT HOW YOU WILL PAY FOR EACH. IF SELECTING TO PAY BY INSTALLMENTS, YOU WILL BE EXPECTED TO PAY BY CREDIT CARD IN THE SYSTEM. MULTIPLE FAMLY DISCOUNTS WILL NOT BE ACCOMMODATED, IF PAYING BY CREDIT CARD INSTALLMENTS. SELECT PAY IN FULL, IF PAYING BY INSTALLMENTS THROUGH EMAIL TRANSFER AS THESE MUST BE HANDLED MANUALLY AND IS THE ONLY WAY TO OBTAIN A THIRD FAMILY MEMBER DISCOUNT FOR INSTALLMENT PLANS.

IN STEP 5.2, SELECT THE PAYMENT TYPE FROM THE GRAPHICS. CHEQUE AND CASH PAYMENTS ARE ONLY ACCEPTED AT WALK IN REGISTRATIONS. IF PAYING BY E-TRANSFER, SELECT CASH, THEN SEND PAYMENT TO [email protected] USING FOR A PASSWORD: soccer

WHEN SELECTING THE CREDIT CARD OPTION, COMPLETE OR CORRECT THE INFORMATION AS SHOWN ON THE FORM FOR THE CREDIT CARD PAYMENT. SELECT “SUBMIT ORDER.”

AFTER SELECTING THE CASH PAYMENT OPTION, SELECT “SUBMIT ORDER.”

PLAYERS WILL NOT APPEAR AS ACTIVE REGISTRATIONS, UNTIL A PAYMENT IS RECEIVED ON THEIR ACCOUNT.
