1st August – 8th August 2014 Transfer of new applicants during August
(RPR for unconditional, RCD* for conditional *NEW*) New students can activate their IT access using
Student ID Number and Date of Birth *NEW* Students can select online modules (where available)
from Tuesday 26th August 2014 Online registration for PG & PGCE students available
from Tuesday 26th August 2014 Online registration for UG students available
from Monday 1st September 2014 Online registration will close on Friday 3rd October 2014

All PG & PGCE students who are RPR: Receive email when online registration opens (26 August 2014)
All UG students who are RPR: Receive email when online registration opens (1 September 2014)
All students who are RPR: Reminders on 12th, 19th, 26th September & 3rd October Registration closes at midnight on 3rd October
Only students with RPR status will receive reminders

2014/5 Online Registration Who can register?
New Unconditional Home/EU: Full Time UG/PG/PGCE/ &
Distance Learners/ Part Time PG/ Returning students
All RPR status can register off campus prior to arrival New Conditional: International Full Time, Erasmus, JYA, any with
DBS outstanding
All RCD* status need to be cleared to register by
presenting original documents to Admissions on campus SITS Statuses
RPR (provisionally enrolled) - able to register RCD* (conditional), RHL* (results held or interrupted), RDB (debtor)
- unable to registerA late fee of £50 may be payable if students do not register within the allocated dates.
Freshers’ Week - Exeter
Saturday 13th September – Friday 19th September Student Information Desk / IT Helpdesk Admissions Student Finance International Student Support UniCard printing (NB most new students will receive their card
with room keys)
All services above are available in the Forum during Freshers’ Week
SID will circulate a summary including opening times

Post-Registration Processes
On Monday 6th October RPR status amended to “Not Registered” (RNR)
IT access withdrawn within an hour
Spreadsheets of non-registered students supplied to Colleges - any ‘No shows’ (RCD*, RNR) investigated by Colleges, Admissions and Student Records
Any individual cases to be discussed direct with Student Records please not the Student Information Desk ([email protected] if by email)
Late Arrivals for
International Tier 4 students Tier 4 conditional students remain as RCD* after
registration closes.
If the student is due to arrive after the programme start date please record the late arrival date and reason in SPR UDF “PBS Late Arrival date”
Automatic notification is sent to PBS Compliance and Accommodation
To comply with UKVI legislation we are required to report non-enrolments within a strict deadline
No student is reported for non-registration to the Home Office without prior consultation with the College
