TERMS & CONDITIONS: Price

All prices quoted are in Singapore Dollars and are inclusive of 7% GST, unless otherwise stated.

Payment Please note that we DO NOT process any form of electronic payment on this website. (A) Self-Collection

Payment can be made via Cash / Nets / Credit card (administrative fee applies) at the gown collection venue.

(B) Home Delivery

Full payment for the purchase or rental of academic dress (including delivery fee of S$20.00) must reach NUS Co-op by 11 June 2015.

Please make your cheque payable to NUS Co-op and state your full Name,

Upon confirmation of successful payment, an acknowledgement notice will be sent to the email address provided.

If payment is not received by the stipulated deadline, the online order will be

Timeslots will be based on first come first serve basis and therefore is subject to availability of slots. Our vendor will contact you in June to confirm the actual date and time of delivery.

Undelivered packages will be returned to NUS Co-op and can only be collected at the

University Cultural Centre during the Commencement Period. Full service charges are applicable for both successful and unsuccessful deliveries. Our vendor may at any time, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, vary, modify,

delete or add to these terms and conditions without any notice or liability to you.

Change Request Policy (Applicable to Online Orders only.)

Requests for change of online orders can only be made via email to copgown@nus.edu.sg by 11 June 2015. Request submitted after this deadline will not be entertained.

An administration fee of S$10.00 (GST inclusive) will be charged for every change request.

Exchange Policy

Any request for exchange must be made known to us within 3 days upon receiving the academic dress.

Exchange is usually carried out if:

o The item issued is not in accordance with the order. o The item has major defects.

If the goods are defective upon delivery, we will provide a one-to-one exchange. Exchanges will be done on a case-by-case basis.

Order Policy for Rental Academic Dress The rental academic dresses are not brand new. The rental academic dresses will be dry-cleaned before distribution. Also, please note that these rental academic dresses are manufactured in different batches, and therefore may vary slightly in size, colour and design. General

The academic dress can be collected at the Multi-purpose Sports Hall 1, Sports & Recreation Centre from 26 June to 1 July 2015, 10am to 8pm on Weekdays and 9am to 8pm on Saturday. Collection schedule for different degrees/ceremonies will be published at the Commencement website http://www.nus.edu.sg/commencement/2015/information-academic-dress on 01 June 2015

The graduate shall ensure that the details submitted in the Online Order is true and

accurate and shall be solely responsible for the contents therein.

NUS Co-op reserves the right to distribute academic dresses to current year graduates only.

These terms may be revised or updated from time to time, without prior or liability to customers.
