NEAR MISS REPORTED IN QUEENSLAND

CSA finished delivering goods to customer and was exiting

via stairs. As he stood on last few steps the steps collapsed

(see photos).

No injury To CSA. Customer was apologetic for the issue

and called her real estate agency immediately.

CSA ENTERED CUSTOMERS DRIVEWAY HITTING RETAINING

WALL.

7/3/2015 NSW Driver turned up to the customers address to do his de-

livery. He read the customers instructions which said that he could

come up the driveway as there was space to turn around. CSA drove

up the driveway, made the delivery, and then attempted to do a 3 point

turn to get out. Upon doing this, driver got stuck in the customers gar-

den and ended up resting on the retaining wall. Tow truck could not get

driver out. A small crane was used to lift the truck off the wall. Minor

damage to the retaining wall, no damage to truck.

As stipulated in the Woolworths Online induction manual. CSA’s should

not enter a customers driveway. If instructions are given which contra-

dict this rule. CSA’s should contact Linfox Supervisor immediately.
