Online Matriculation: Step-by-Step Guide

Step 0 – 1: Login Page (1) Enter your primary email address which you submitted during the online application to our programme. (2) Enter your login ID as per the following instructions: Last 4 characters of NRIC/FIN/Passport No + Date of Birth (DDMM)

Example: NRIC SXXXX123A and Date of Birth 01/09/1990, Login ID will be 123A0109 (3) Click “LOGIN” button.



Step 0 – 2: Welcome Message Page (1) After successful login, the screen will display the Welcome Message. (2) Click “Next” button.



Step 1: Honour Code Page (1) The screen will show the instructions on how to access and accept the Honour Code. (2) Click “Next” button.



(3) Read the Honour Code as displayed on the screen, and select the checkbox below the Honour Code. (4) Click “Accept” button. If you click “Do Not Accept”, you will not be able to proceed with the Online Matriculation process from here onwards.

Step 2: Credit Waiver Page (1) Click “Next” button to proceed. The remaining steps will be the same as other students.

Step 2: Photo Upload Page (1) Click “Upload Photo” button. NOTE: Please ensure that the photo meets the requirements as stated on the screen.



(2) A new dialog box will open. (3) Click “Choose File” button and “Upload” button next to upload a photo. (4) Adjust and/or resize your photo accordingly using the edit tools in the new dialog box. (5) Click “Ok” button to confirm your edits; or click “Cancel” button to discard your edits and re-upload a new photo. Repeat adjustment(s)/edit(s) steps accordingly. (6) Click “Save” button to confirm; or click “Cancel” button to return to editing mode. Repeat adjustment(s)/edit(s) steps accordingly.

Note: Do not upload a random photo to test out. Upload the actual photo to be used on the student card. The photo used in this guide is for illustration purpose only.

(7) Upon successful upload, the screen will display the photo as the following screenshot. (8) Click “Next” button to proceed to next step; or click “Upload Photo” button if you want to re-upload a new photo.

Step 3: Course Registration Step (1) Click “Next” button to proceed.

NOTE: Courses for July 2020 Semester (i.e. first semester) is allocated for incoming full-time programme students. No action is required from students. Students do not need to register for any courses on this page/in this portal. Timetable will be released in early July.



Step 4: Government Subsidy Step (1) Click “Next” button to proceed.

Step 5: GIRO Details Step (1) Enter your bank account details as per the required fields. (2) Click “Next” button to confirm, and proceed to next step.

NOTE: Please note that the bank details provided here is meant to facilitate any monetary transfer(s) from SUSS to your stated bank account during your course of study (if any, such as refunds, disbursement of scholarships/awards stipends, etc.).

The provision of details here does not authorise SUSS to deduct any amount from your stated bank account.



Step 6: Declaration Step (1) Read the information on this page. (2) Select the checkbox under the Declaration section (located at the bottom of this page), and click “Confirm Acceptance” button.



Step 7: Payment Step (1) Read the information on this page, and select the type(s) of fees to pay (see point #4 on next page). (2) To see the invoice and amount, you can click the “View Proforma Invoice” link. (2) Click “Next” button to make the necessary payment.



(4) Scenario (A): If you have applied for any Financial Aid schemes, you may proceed to pay only the Miscellaneous Fees by selecting its corresponding checkbox;

before clicking the “Next” button.

Scenario (B): If you did not apply for any Financial Aid schemes, you may proceed to pay both Miscellaneous Fees & Tuition Fees by selecting their corresponding checkboxes; before clicking the “Next” button.

Scenario (C): If you are awarded any scholarship or financial aid schemes which cover both miscellaneous fees & tuition fees, you do not have to select the checkboxes. You just have to click the “Next” button.



Step 8: Acknowledgement Page (1) Once payment is completed, you will be directed to this page. (2) Click “Close” button to complete the entire Online Matriculation process.

NOTE: You will receive an email with a summary PDF file subsequently to confirm that you have completed this process.
