ONLINE Google Sheet for Consolidation of Project ideals

Every grading period, Science Leaders as well as all teachers gathered data on the

Assessment of Periodic Test Results which will be consolidated by Coordinators in the

istrict Level! The consolidated data will in turn be submitted to the "uidance and Research

Coordinator who will consolidate the Assessment of Periodic Test Results much #nown as

Pro$ect %deals of all learning areas to be submitted to the Sector Chairman who will in turn

submits the consolidated data to the ivision &ffice for ivision Consolidation!

As stated, there is a chain of submission! The higher echelon cannot assess the result

of Periodic Test unless it receives consolidated data gathered at the lower level! 'owever, if

the lower stratum cannot comply on time the delay has a domino effect so there will be a

deferment of the Assessment of Periodic Test Results at the ivision level!

Pro$ect %deals supposed to be submitted at the istrict level two to three days after

the administration of the test in order for the Coordinators to consolidated and submit the

data a wee# after or as early as five days after it is administered!

(nfortunately, Science Leaders failed to submit Pro$ect %deals on time due to many

factors li#e dispersed location of every school from one another, unpleasant route of travel,

and e)pensive cost of transportation especially those that are located at Pampango region of

Candaba East istrict e!g! Tagulod and Cuayang *ugtong, which have to pass "apan,+ueva Eci$a and several towns of *ulacan before they can able to reach the istrict &ffice

located at *ahay Pare! Aside from that, the template used by each school does not have

uniformity! Columns are differently arranged and there are schools which prefer to use

whole number instead of two decimal places in ean, PL, - PS which is another factor

that delay the submission of the assessed data!

%n finding solution to the problem, the .ST of Candaba East come up with an idea

of &nline Electronic and (nified "oogle Sheet Template for Consolidation of Pro$ect %deals

in Science in the East istrict of Candaba as a solution on how to bridge the gap on

location, route of travel and e)pensive cost of transportation! oreover, .ST believe that

the implementation of this pro$ect will be an efficient, reliable, fast, and effective way of

gathering data for consolidation of pro$ect ideals!
