The exam process Attending the exam

Here I want to tell u the process for this site

To create a new account

Go to http://exam.gensty.comClick on Sign up

You will get a screen

Fill your information as given below and click on submit button

You will get two type of passwords here, one for administrative activities and one for conduct the exams for students

Click on ok to complete the registration process. You will be redirected to the home page of the site

Login with your administrative username and password first time

This is your first login you will be asked for your organization name and exam information

Click on Save button.

Administration area will appear on

screen.

This menu system is for Administrative purpose. Click on Add

option in Class menu to add your classes detail.

Enter the class name and click on save button the class will be added to the system

Click on Add option in Subject menu to add subject detail

Type the subject

class here

Click on add option in Student menu to add the student detail

Register student detail

Click on Add option in question paper to prepare

question paper for a particular subject

Select the class and

subject for which you

want to prepare

question paper and click on Go button

Type the ques

one by one for

the selected subject and the correct answer as well

When you added all your question papers detail then

click the Ready option to make your exam ready so students

can attend the exams

A confirmation message will appear on screen. Click on yes to make the exam ready.

If you have done all the activities in the administrative area Logout

from the system.

On the day of exam login with your exam user name and

password for every

student’s computer

Select the Class and subject

Student will enter here the Roll no and Id

Exam will start like given below

Choose an appropriate answer and click on next button for next question

2nd question will appear. Select appropriate answer for it and click on next and so on.

You can any time click on Back button to go back and change the answer given for the particular question. It

is not necessary to give answer for all question. You can skip any question without giving any answer.

When you have done all your questions, click on finish button to complete the exam.

You will get a message to confirm finish the exam, click on yes and you will get a quick mark sheet here.

Result will display on screen

You can also see the results for students in the administrator area.

Any time you can stop the exam.
