HG&E’s New Online Billing System Quesons? Contact (413) 536-9300 or [email protected] Online payments are easy with HG&E’s new online billing system, www.hged.com/payonline! Please take a moment to review this step-by-step guide. You can pay by credit (MasterCard, Visa, Discover, Amex) or debit card, or you may issue an electronic check from your checking or savings bank account. In addion, you can choose to make a one-me payment, create an account, or enroll in automac payment (AutoPay). Create an Account Visit and select New User in upper right corner. www.hged.com/payonline Enter all required personal information, including security questions and click create new user. You will receive a conirmation email to your speciied email address containing a link to enable your account. Click on the link in the email. You will arrive back at the online billing home page. Please select Login. Enter your speciied email address and password, then click logon. You will now see that you are logged in! Now that you are logged in, you have to add your account. In the left hand navigation, click select account. Click Manage Account and add Account ID, Cycle/Route Number, Last Payment Amount and submit. You will notice a message “this account was successfully created”.
